- Total floor area: 21,416 m2.

- Area of 02 basement floors: 4,096 m2.

- Building height: 56.7m.

- Bored pile foundation D 400, D 1000, D 1200 depth 70m.

- Framed concrete frame.

- The project is designed with 250 boarding beds, the same HVAC system, ventilation, light electric system, medical gas system and 05 synchronous elevator, modern.
